Stormzy Donates 500,000 Euros to the Black Heart Foundation
Stormzy donated 500,000 Euros to the Black Heart Foundation in order to allow kids from under-resourced communities to get an education. This money can be used for traveling abroad to a college, paying tuition, or even giving money so some students do not need to work part-time and they can fully focus on their education. What Stormzy is doing is absolutely brilliant because it can break the cycle of oppression. Education is something that many people who grow up in under-resourced communities cannot get. This perpetuates the cycles of oppression because many of these people are people of color. Since Stormzy is donating this mass amount of money, some of these kids will be able to break the cycle by getting a great education which will most likely make these students more successful in the future.
